Has anyone heard of Malavia Cue tips?

Are they any good?

How do they compare to Moori tips?

I would be interested in buying some if available.

Thanks

Its Molavia and they are very similar to the Moori. Kind of a cross between a Kamui & a Moori. Nice tip...no problems. I know Duc Lam on here sells them.

Hi, Molavia premium tips are definitely one of the best 3 tips in Japan (Next to Moori and Kamui). I think all these tips are great and my personal preference is Molavia. I actually alway have a shaft with the Molavia and a shaft with a Moori for my playing cue. Depending on condition, sometime i would prefer to play with the Molavia and sometime the moori. I personal think the Molavia is a softer tips (R- Medium) is just a tad harder than Moori Soft and the best Molavia is the Hard. The Hard molavia allow you to draw the ball better than any other layer tip out there. The feel of the Molavia last 2 x longer than the Moori...Kamui used to be the longest when they had one hardness.

Molavia are handmade by a Mr. Sudo in Japan and we have them available at www.customcuesandtips.com. We'll be at the valley forge show tomorrow and will have Moori and Molavia tips available. Booth L34

Regards,
Duc.
