I just want to say this after everything that has happened in the last couple weeks regarding Masconi Cup and Mark Wilson. Mark cares to much about this game we all play and love to let this fail , he will put every fiber of knowledge and energy he has into the mission at hand. I have played under Mark at Lindenwood since we started our program last year along with Jaydan Hergott, and Sean Summers as we are part of the plank owners as Mark would say. I don't mean to speak for him but just carry on his message as we have learned under his guidance. Mark has taught us much as students of life and billiards. Have faith we are in good hands and Godspeed Coach!!!

As a plank owner myself (and Mark's assistant for the Cup), I will wholeheartedly agree. This Cup is not in ANY way about Mark...it is about building a winning team; and building something that can propel the sport in a positive direction. Very exciting times ahead - thanks to Matchroom for providing the year to prepare the proper way.

Good post.

I have had the pleasure of meeting and playing against a few of Marks Lindenwood students. Never before have I walked into a pool room and been greeted in such a way. His students are polite, welcoming and knowledgeable about the game.

I was as impressed with their behavior as I was their skill on the table. They know how to act, the know how to have fun and they definitely know how to play pool.

Great post. Mark is, quite simply, one of the greatest treasures in American pool. He is striving to reshape its future in a way that will rose its profile.

Pleased to learn that you are having a good experience at Lindenwood and wishing you everything good going forward.
