Marop videos

Marop's videos are boring. All he does is shoot balls straight in the hole and get great shape for yet another easy shot. How hard is that? Why not spice it up a little bit with some shots like this? :)

j/k Marop. Great playing. I wish I could lay down consistently long runs like that.

Rep to you, mosconiac, I used your technique to figure out the contact point to make the break ball off the stack today. Worked perfect!

hi

you know if i didnt know better seeing all these nice runs by bill ,you would think he plays all day.

actually heres a typical day for bill.

gets up at 6 am goes for walk.

works on engines ,paperwork etc till 3-5 .

goes out to eat ,takes care of 4 dogs ,2 cats a bird and whatever else.

watches a couple shows he likes at 7-10pm.

goes out and plays pool for an hour or two if hes not too tired.

if bill played more and realized how good he plays hed be dangerous if he entered tourneys.

people ask me all the time do you think i could have been great at pool if my life turned out different .

well if bill asked me which he hasnt i would say yes for sure.

bill always says to me he could have never been as good as me but im not so sure .

when i met him he had only ran over 50 a few times. in the last 3 years hes done it like 40 times.

for someone to improve that much at 50 years old is great and hes improved more than anyone ive ever seen at his age.

if we could turn back the clock you might have become world class at pool.

instead of being buddies and loning me your corvette you might have become
a pro poolplayer and i would be loning you 20 bucks to eat .lol

all in all i think you did fine in life .

for a world champion racer, part time poolplayer i think you play great .

see you soon pal now go out there and run 100 i know you can

So Bill calls me last night. He just ran another 53 or something like that.

I tell him I just broke and made a couple of balls and had 13 balls on the table, no two touching with about three possible break shots and I would probably screw it up somehow.

He told me to hang up and don't bump anything and call me back when I was done.

I'd like to report that I put up a big run, but it was only a 25. But... I didn't bump anything like he said and picked out my break ball kind of early and got into the next rack and just left myself a little long on a shot or else I should have got into the next rack also.

So not only is he a great ballrunner. But he is also a pretty fair teacher and an all around good guy.
