Certainly double the speed of the US open early rounds.I think I only watched about an hour total of this tournament. A few min here, a few min there, of various matches. I noticed no slow play. Did you all notice any slow matches?
If true they were all a good pace, I wonder if Emily told the players to pick up the pace? Or, maybe the Vietnamese as a whole play at a good speed?

I really hope they do more and more events in different asian cities. The standard of 'the average' player, is strokes above anywhere I have played in EU/US (granted I've only been to 7/8 states and mostly Western European countries).quite a few of the unseeded were good vietnamese, taiwanese and filipino players
One is light pink, one has a hint of purple/darkness to it.Preface I'm legit colorblind. Is the 4 on the table a different color than the 4 in the ball tracker graphic? It looks to my colorblind eyes that the 4 on the table is pink, and the 4 in the graphic is blue. Would someone set me straight what the colors of each actually are?

I hope MR events encourage more of these players to travel around, and get more recognition, and up the standard of the worldwide 'average player'
shane's been playing one young filipino after another.
Veteran and living legend Ralf Souquet knocked out Anton Raga 10-9 in his L64 match. Anybody know how this match unfolded? Souquet has been going deep into a lot of these MR majors lately and it’s very impressive.
