McDermott 1x2 Mac Case?

Brown leather Super Mac. My old brochure from the late 80's says retail of $110.

These cases are rock solid. I picked on up off of craigslist for dirt cheap. It was pretty beat up cosmetically, but the lid attachment is still super strong. I love that the tube is aluminium, and will not break like plastic. For my case, I added a synthetic pad on the bottom as the wood is a bit slippery on carpet or bare floor. Even using little rubber dots helps here.
Going to hate see this one go. If I sell the cue that's in it first, will keep the case. Cue is a Silver Anniversary Huebler. Also just got a Huebler model HE with two shafts I will be offering soon. They were made in 1986. Will post a picture of both here soon.
I paid 90 for a mint one locally. Love it. Got it for storing an A series McDermott I have. And I have the key.
I personally don't consider any such case that does not have the original key to be "mint". I know, lots of people would not agree. I guess that's why they are careless with their keys...and I have a couple dozen original keys that fit those case locks.
It's easy enough to check completed auctions on Ebay to get an idea.
One seller has been relisting two of them at 185 and 275, over and over and over again. Not selling apparently.
One recently one sold for 102.
I am guessing 150-200 would be more realistic for a nice one.
One with the storage lid sold for almost 400. I want one of those, but not for 400.
I frequesntly see people asking in the 250- 300 range. Gotta look at what they actually sell for.
