I'm just your normal (?) Joe working on improving my game. I'm happy with my cue but appreciate all the posts about the latest, greatest shafts and tips. I love my table but enjoy the talk about cloth, cushions and pocket size. The stroke and shooting advice you won't find anywhere else. It's all valuable stuff to know and that's why I'm here..

But really, whats with all the incessant slamming off these Dean and Cobra persons? Let it rest, it detracts from the all good stuff you read here. Yeah, I can just ignore it, all the points have already been made over and again.

Well, I'm probably on a few sh*t lists now. Regardless, be safe and good luck with your game.

Are you kidding me?
The Deano posts are the most fun we have had on a pretty boring site in years.
The last time we had this much fun was the great Chinese pool cue wars with John Barton.
 
Though your desire to be the voice of reason is surely well meant, your choice to further clutter the front page of the main forum was ill-considered. You could have posted within one of the countless threads on these subjects --- why you chose not to is anybody's guess. You wrote "all the points have already been made over and again" and if you're right, the creation of this thread is pretty hard to fathom.

It's COVID - 19, therapy because some are locked out of their favorite pool rooms. We have no lives.

I do Cigars, Talk Radio, and Coffe a plenty.
