I think it's a lot of fun, meeting up with fellow Azers, Especially those on the first few pages of reputation ranking. Those seem to be the most active and seem to set the tone for the board.
Who have you met from the top of the board?
1.) I met board member Melinda who later became akaTrigger at the Texas Open in 2007. Somehow we became good friends in a little over a year and had a BLAST at the 2008 Texas Open this year. We have a lot in common AND we disagree on things too, but we're both ok with it. LOL. She's really our Ambassador for pool here in Texas.
2.) I kept seeing these tournament announcements on the forum for Buffalo Billiards down in New Orleans. One month the schedule lined up just right and me and one of my road dogs, Newel Bullard, popped on down there to check it out. My first match was with some guy with a REALLY nice P.O.W. case. It was JoeyA. Joey is a cool cat and played a great set of 9ball winning 9-5, I think. What a fun bunch of people down there!! They served up some gumbo and some great pool all day!!

JAM - I bet Jennie and her roommate could entertain for days!!! I just want to play her roommate for a chicken dinner!! LOL
