I just spoke to Jason and he says there is 30 spots available. In other words players have said they are in - but - haven't posted yet.
30 left out of 128 (with a week to go) - Sounds pretty good to me.

Big Ring on Thursday.
I think it starts (calcutta) on Fri but not sure. I know there is to be a major ring game on Thursday night. That's when I'll be there.

The memphis tourny will ALWAYS fill up i have yet to see a major tourny at THE RACK ( Now Samples Since don bought it back) fail to fill a 128 field. And on those barboxs im gonna take Fargo/Henessee(or however you spell his name) then harriman just from the ones i know of. Figure there will be more top players there but those guys id bet are there.

Hey Spin if your talking about James Christopher? i dont think he is playing much anymore but he is one of the few guys i know that could quit playing for YEARS and come back in just a few games and be at normal level. Oh and I just got my hands on a plain jane Mcdaniel with a AWESOME piece of Birdseye in the forearm and butt silver trim rings above and below the wrap with a black buttcap ill post pics tomorrow or tuesday see if there is any interest. Also have a Mcdaniel sneaky pete ill be posting pics of .

Hopefully myself, Dave Matlock, Justin Bergman, James Walden, Tony Fargo has a good record there, Reed Pierce, Jonathan Hennessee, James Baraks, Chad Vilmont, John Macias. I'm sure there are plenty of others, and everyone has a chance in a race to seven on a bar table. I think it will be one of the best paying bartable tournaments in a long time.
