Also congrats to Donnie Mills for an impressive performance, and to Ralf for his always-stellar play. He is the true gentleman of the game.

Congrats to Mika, he is an incredible player. Also, sounds like Ralph played very well too. I can't wait to watch the match, was following along in your other thread!

Congrats to Mika!! That is an amazing accomplishment to win 2 in a row. Also, big time props to Donnie for a great tourney,very easily could have been in the finals.Next year?
 
This is the first time back-to-back US OPEN victories have taken place since Nick Varner did it! Amazing.

I was rooting for Shane all the way, but I gotta hand it to Mika. That is impressive. What heart that is to come all the way through from a second round loss!! Big congratz to him.

That was a great, action packed, coulda gone any which way US Open.

Congrats are due to many, many players and people (after all, players aren't "really" people, they're inhuman)

He didn't have to qualify. It's an Open. He paid the entry fee and hit the lottery. ;)

If I had known he could win it, I would have entered. :rotflmao1:

Congrats to MIKA!!!

This is a monumental accomplishment! Only 1 count em 1 other player EVER can say that he did this. Think about that for a min, 2 players IN HISTORY!! Truly phenomenal...

Actually, he didn't have to pay to get in either. He his entry was free. It's part of the prize of winning a previous US Open.
