Here is my Bender cue which Mike had made for me a little less than a year ago. The nose is a rare and beautiful Shark Wood and the 5 big points and butt are Gaboon Ebony. The veener, I assume, is Holly. The wrap is Italian calf skin. It also has a,b,c,d,e position rings. It comes with 2 shafts and both are 12.25 mm. The overal weight of the cue is 17.8 oz. This cue is in excellent condition. I paid Mike Bender $1,900 (and I am more than happy to have you ask him for the price) to make me this cue last year. This cue, like all Benders I tried anyway, hits great!!! It is the best hitter of all the cues I owned. I owned some really good cues like a custom Lambros, Blue Grass, 2 custom Kleins, and a Richie Hsu to name just a few. SOLD!!

Thank you for your well wishes. Your are right in both its a beautiful cue and for the price. I never break even in what I sell but always take a loss. In these economic times this is a very fare price. The price is open for the best of possible offer. Thank you again for your well wishes and fine comment.

Shark wood

Great looking cue!

It is a little hard to get a good feel for the shark wood with the angles and the glare, would it be possible to see a few more pictures depicting the shark wood a little better?

Sorry! Rich I shipped out the cue so can't take any more pics. The few posted were the only ones I had. When you see the Sharkwood in person its impressive. A beautiful wood actually. Bender is the only cue maker I know that has used it on his cues.
