if you want a cochran,he has one

if he prefers to discuss these things in private, thats the way he prefers

i have called and bought from him in the past

i found him to be honest and helpful

Nick, is it true? I really love the veneers on this one and the cue looks perfect....would be a shame to be true tho...i hope it's not the cracked one...

as i understand this,

subdue denied the cue ever cracked after telling nick he heard a snap sound

subdue maintained all along after this that the cue never cracked

nick bought the cue with the right to make a thorough examination, which he did before deciding to keep the cue as he found no evidence of damage

other than a wrap area which amounts to nothing

now after all these protestations that nothing was wrong with the cue while he owned it,subdue now feels it necessary to reverse his previous statements and claim that
in spite of all his previous statements to the contrary that he now admits the cue is damaged

it is a well known fact that subdue doesn't like nick for some reason or other,so now we are expected to believe that subdue can now be trusted to tell the truth even though
it is in direct conflict with his previous remarks to the contrary

it might be claimed that i am a friend of nicks.this is true, but i met him here on az,made several deals with him,and enjoyed playing pool with him when my wife and i were in pensacola.thats how we became friends

dozens of people on az have enjoyed working with nick, with no complaints,so as far as i can tell nick is trustworthy and i view these remarks as an attempt to cast doubt on his character

it will take a lot more than doublespeak to cause me to doubt Nick

i assume that Nick is standing behind this cue as he does all of his cues.buy it,examine it,even have a cuemaker test it and if anything is suspect, return it for full refund

so in conclusion, its not the old broken cue syndrome, its the old doublespeak slander
unless these facts which are well known to all are wrong

i personally will be glad to assist in this manner any way i can

this particularly disturbs me as Nick suffered a severe head damage on his job,and has had much difficulty recovering

subdue offered me the cue telling me nothing was wrong with it
that Nick was lying about it being cracked

I knew that he had told Nick the cue made a cracking sound, but subdue told me that the cue was ok
He professed this for such a long time that Nick bought the cue to examine it for himself
I can only believe that Nick was satisfied the cue was ok

Now subdue tells me that it was cracked all that time(including when he told me it was ok and Nick knew not whereof he spoke)

I can not figure out whether Subdue is misrepresenting the cue now or when he told me it was fine

Perhaps both times,at any rate it doesn't take a genius to see how his hateful venom is being spewed toward a fellow Az er who I have come to admire and call a friend

A cursory review of this entire episode by the moderator might be in order

The last post above mine seems to be the first representation of subdue about himself that is accurate

I told him it was cracked and he still bought it. If a buyer wants to buy the cue, that is their prerogative. Personally, I wouldnt pay more than 500 for it. If anyone would like to know all the details, just pm me. I will be more than happy to enlighten you.

Be happy with yourself.
Thank you,[/SIZE]Nick Serdula

So what is the truth ?

First you tell Nick it was cracked when you sat on it.
2nd Then tell all AZ'ers it's not cracked when you want to sell it and con an AZ'er into buying the cue.Nick warns him and you call Nick a liar.AZ'er has to sell cue at a loss and you attack Nick again.
3rd Nick has the cue and now puts it for sale and you decide to change your story and say the cue is crack.

So which is it ?

You remind me of a crack head they lie so much the next day they believe their lie's to be the truth.

Do you think all us on AZ are blind ?

Just laughable.

Hay Mike

The Cue is gaurenteed. My gaurentee is unconditional. By the way I can't wait to see that Cue you just did for me! My Vet said that too by the way.
I may hold it for Russ. He likes it for his safe!
Thank you,
Nick :)
