Mike Dechaine

I'm a big supporter of Mike, no sarcasm.

Just recently I watched about 10 hours worth of him playing 9-ball, just to record the order that he racks the balls for his opponent, no sarcasm here either.
 
For real, this thread is dumb. Like him or not, Mike is a great pool player. He called Jayson Shaw out and got the run around. I hope they play here in NYC so I can watch. I for one like Mike. He's emotional when he plays and a little cocky. Not any more than other players, just shows it more I guess. I know Mike and talk to him regularly. I cannot imagine him dumping anyone.

Yes this please a million times this. I have to admit at first I found Chrisbanks a little amusing, and in some cases even interesting. But it seems since he has returned his posts are more combative and it drags every thread waaaay off topic. Enough. Just resist the urge to reply to him. That should do it.

He also doesn't answer questions asked of him which is another thing I've seen him accuse others of doing. Even when caught contradicting himself & presented with the proof, he still won't admit it & instead offers excuses along with flimsy reasons as to why he didn't actually contradict himself but was instead being sarcastic in one of the replies while not saying which one it was.

I'm not the one giving a hard time to a great player. I'm only here to say that Mike should be treated with respect (and everyone else as well).

This will not work, and this thread is a good example why.

Every thread that Chris has posted in, someone new starts to respond to him with actual thought and time put into their posts. They eventually realize he is a troll, then stop responding.

But then Chris moves on to another thread, and new people again start respnding to him. It would take years before every poster on here recognizes what his game is, and by then there would be a slew of new members that hadn't been around long enough to know, and they would respond to him.

I feel bad for Roberta and jhanso for actually spending a short period of time creating a post thinking they could help him out.

Personally, since the mods only respond to reported posts and I doubt anyone is reporting his stuff, I enjoy the game he is playing. Heck, spimp just put my turtle sh*t post as one of the top 3 in this thread! All thanks to ChrisBanks.

You're the one who went full tilt and took it to where it is right now. This probably would have ended pages back if you let it go.

Not that I expect you to admit or even realize that.
 
Someone continuously replies to my posts with references to turtles, and I am the one considered a troll? All my posts are pertaining to pool.
 
It's a shame that "outright trolling" isn't a bannable offense here. He's not the only one that abuses that oversight.

I just saw Shaw take two grand off Ronnie Alcano, with about a hundred people looking on, he does just fine under pressure.

If someone were to see a pro pool player openly cheat another player, would there be anything wrong with that person telling other people what they saw? So as to inform other people of this person's character.

This is just a theoretical question. I don't know anything about Mike or his actions.
