I imagine SVB has forgiven Mike by now for the kerfuffle two years ago.

If the doors are made by Anderson Windows & Doors, Mike may have sold them.
What happened ?
We won’t know how SVB feels. 1) He’s too professional to let it show and 2) moot point till they both make the Mosconi team and show up.It was very personal. I can't believe the stuff he said. I guess SVB has a bigger heart than me. I'm not sure I could let it go.
Except the problem is he blamed his current situation on alcohol. Alcohol just makes the problem worse. So he had his attitude problems before he started drinking and still doesn't acknowledge what the real problem is. He needs help, but as long as he points to something else and not himself, he will not change.

Is this Dr. Phil? Sure sounds like him. Maybe you could offer a little advice to the self righteous pile on Mike crowd. It has been noted that they, and others, sometimes drink too.

Don’t count on it; he just said on facebook live that working at Anderson Windows is the best career decision he ever made.Mike's is a bit of a sad story that can still have a happy conclusion.
If he has rededicated himself to pro pool, and is ready to compete on a regular basis again, count me among those that wish him well.
We know he's still got the game, for he won at the Gotham in October in a field that included YL Chang, both Ko brothers and Alex Kazakis. If he makes it to the Derby, we'll see what kind of form he shows.
Comeback stories are always heartening ... if and when they happen.

That was by Onofrio Lauri. Lauri is said to have died at the table. There are worse ways to go.... Look at that Nagy tale that is a recent share. Nagy even got warned by a champ he'd end up with holes in his pants and no way to fill them...literally. ...
Reading and comprehension problems? Never said drinking was the problem, Mike said that. I'm just saying that from my personal stand point, alcohol just makes the problems worse. So the problems for him existed before he started drinking. Same goes for me. The attitude problems exist whether alcohol is present or not. I'm able to acknowledge that. Mike doesn't seem to be as gracious in that aspect.
What I wouldn't count on is either him stating there long term and or being very successful even in the mid term. The general public is pretty funny sometimes. I think most people are currently bad mouthing the economy and doesn't believe that its doing as good as we are being told. Truth is anyone that follows specific indicators and actually knows how to interpret them would realize on a whole the economy is doing very good right now. The flip side to that those that do believe the economy is doing great are also the ones that dont believe we are overdue with some major corrections in many differed segments and they are gonna effect many many people with new housing and remodels being some of the hardest hit for ua common folks. Ie : the days of making $50,000 window sales are Kist about over for awhile imo.
