i didnt not know what the ramifications for copying or shipping these

dvds in the mail or the Federal USPS.

With this information, I am not willing to put myself into this situation.

If there is another way, let me know, but I am not going to do anything that puts me at risk, especially with someone who doesnt give a damn about me, my situation, my family, etc.

Okay thats fair,so go about it a different way.Find out what there worth to him (reasonable of course)and send money for them.We all know
the postal service doesn't give a damn over this stuff and for 20 DVD's
its really not an issue.You no the chances of getting caught are like 0
so just mail them back.People download crap all the time on the net
and life goes on.I know it bugs you that he might not care about your
personal issues but he only was on this site to make a deal about
pool stuff,thats it!

There is only one proper course of action.

Publish here in the forum what you wanted for the case. The actual price, the one you advertised or presented to him along with evidence of that such as a previous (unedited) post, email, or PM on the matter.

Then publish how much money you accepted.

Then subtract the amount of money he paid from the asking price of the case and send him the difference.

Next, apologize to the Boys and Girls club for engaging in shady deals in their name. It is obvious that you knew they were copies and no reasonable person could play ignorant about that...as you are apparently trying to do.

Then come here and post the actual address of the Boys and Girls club for any further donations to be sent to rather than your personal residence.

Lastly, turn yourself in to the nearest federal authorities with jurisdiction in this matter. Make sure to take the evidence with you. I would include record of any donations that went through your hands including any receipts of said transactions. I find it highly unlikely they will cause you any great troubles over it since you claim to be innocent in every way but it would address your conscience, and it seems you claim that is a very important point.

Hey Mike. Remember that time you used MY Pictures of MY Cue to try and sell one of yours without disclosing it until I called you out and asked you to remove them. That was awesome. You should be named the AZBilliards authority on doing the right thing.

He also posted pics linked directly from Ebay sales where he was the purchaser, he was attempting to flip cues he did not yet have in his hands. In fact he claimed they were great players and had not even had them in his hands yet. The Ebay sales concluded the same day he posted the cues for sale here. Further, a couple of those same Ebay flips he claimed he had owned for over twenty years...and just hated to part with them since they played great.

In fairness, as far as I know they were actual pictures of the actual cues, not like your issue at all. It's just that he didn't take the pics and was commenting on cues he had never held in his hands at all.

Quit making excuses, dragging things out forever. You took them, knew they weren't legit to start with, and now trying to stand on that as a reason not to ship them back. Its a bunch of bs.
 
Mail them back. If you had done it when you got back first week in June this thread wouldn't even be here. It is always a drama story.

Neither one of these companies are a government agency like the postal service. They are publicly owned over the dow. So there you go. No gov't agency involved just shipped them back. it will cost about $10 bucks and you automatically get $100 insurance with UPS (not sure about fedex).


By the way I am a UPS driver and we dont give a crap whats in the box.
 
i say throw them in a box.. send them priority mail.. dont put your return adress on the box.. there.. simple no way they can be traced back to you...

after there recieved and everyone is happy this mess is over.. wash your hands clean of it.. and move on....

Pumpkinhead- was being contacted by another Azer'

He is to agree that the box of dvds will be sent to him thru a middle-person, and that 'pumpkinhead' agrees to this. Then I will be sending the box of dvds to this --in-between-- azer.

And yes, I will be posting a picture of the box with the dvds, for all to see, that I have never sold these dvds, they were never watched and were never copied. Think about it, you stated that you wanted either the dvds back or $100 for the dvds', with all the time and effort that I have put into this, do you think I would do all this for, $100.00, and that I would scam you for this??

Since we have had the transaction, I have dealt with and received postive feed-back from 4 other az'ers, if I was a thief, scammer and scumbag as you state, why havent I done all these things you call me to all the other people I have dealt with???

Obviously there have been and are mitigating circumstances, but since you are the type of person who doesnt care about the personal things that go on with others, it might be better if you dont deal with others.

PS. What happened with the last AZ'er who put on your I-Trader some very, not nice, negative things to say about you???

Anyway, when I place the pictures on AZ, for all to see and you get your DVDs' back in the same box as you sent, in the same, un-copied and un-viewed condition,

It will be interesting what you have to say about all the statements you have made about me, even though I have never sent anything, negative about you and I have the track-record that proves that I dont, steal, etc.... from you or the other people I have dealt with.

Anyway,

Mike, why are you willing to send them to another AZ'r but not straight back to where they came from? Unbelievable.

I sympathize with your plight..I have read all of your posts back from when you started soliciting donations way back when..however this is getting ludicrous.

Is it attention you seek? Just give the man back his dvd's and call it a day.

IMO this is no way to conduct yourself on this forum.

I am saddened to see this.
