Mike, why are you willing to send them to another AZ'r but not straight back to where they came from? Unbelievable.
I sympathize with your plight..I have read all of your posts back from when you started soliciting donations way back when..however this is getting ludicrous.
Is it attention you seek? Just give the man back his dvd's and call it a day.

I don't understand this. Why go through another person? I sent them straight to you. Why can't YOU send them staright to me? What AZer are you going through? I have to know so I can get with them with "verification" and "confirmation". Enough time IS wasted on this issue. You're the one who has wasted it. Go back through the threads you have started on this. 100% of AZers agree that you are a jackass and that you should have sent the DVDs back a long time ago. I have apologized and will again for putting all of this out in the open but you have left me with no choice. I'm sorry to sound rude when I say that i don't care about your personal issues but I've heard it all before. You had this happen, you had that happen, you had to go out of town, you had a sickness in the family. Blah, Blah, Blah. All of that has nothing to do with me. During all of your personal issues I have noticed that you have had time to go on AZ and post questions about cues and look around. That tells me you have had time to make it to the PO to send the DVDs. Get off of your ass, make things right, send my belongings, and try to redeem your rep. I just like everyone else is tired of this. Until you do so you will have a very hard time of trying to do anything on AZ. When I do have them in my posession I will post that I have them and we'll see what the AZ community does from there.
Now that it's been over 3 weeks since you returned home and promised that you were mailing out the DVDs I'm beginning to think Pumpkinhead has a very valid point...
Mike, the tide is turning the people that were on your side at the strart of this are getting second thoughts about who's in the right. put an end to it and send the man his DVD's. I can see no reason to keep draging this out they are his. So give them back.
Would anyone on AZ deal with either of these Bone Heads after all of this?

Although most fellow AZ'ers might appreciate the fact of "being warned" about another AZ'er and his not-so-great business practices, this comes to no surprise to me. Both Pumpkinhead and Acedonkeyace have some sort of negative itrader marks, which only leaves me with one conclusion. To me, having a 100% positive itrader and a 100% ebay rating means I am doing the right things, staying out of bad sales and trades, and just am an all around honest person, obviously not the case here. Neither of these gentleman care about their rating, it has become a online pissing match and a "he said he said".
The only thing I see as a positive after reading this, is that a lot of people read this post, and commented like myself, have read both sides of the story, and hopefully will not engage in any future transactions with either of these gentleman. I'm positive this will save us from anymore headaches, and bad deals, and also from reading 5 pages of lies from both parties so we can all get down to doing what we are all here to do.

I don't know why, but reading this post made me think of this term. Can it be a whack job of a transaction, or does it have to apply to an individual?

With assdonkey no way / pumpkin head I don't think I would after checking his itrader. Mike just send them back or you will not make another deal on az, just my opinion!!!!!!

I do not know his other handle but it has been publicly stated before, months ago, that he has another account that he uses. Clearly this should have been a red flag. Clearly it is against the rules. But for some reason it went relatively unnoticed. I noticed....but I guess others didn't really care.
There are numerous other suspicious inconsistencies.

Mike Kennedy, In addition to my previous comments, I must say that after you realized you had "forgotten" to send them back 3+ weeks ago, there is now absolutely no excuse to have not done that yet, unless you are being purely vindictive about the whole thing. By the way, the deal that you initiated with me almost 2 weeks ago that you have not followed up on, will NEVER happen. Don't worry, I won't reveal the human interest story behind it which you were attempting to use to lure me in, because if the story was real, you would have already completed some sort of deal. Don't bother with a PM now. Even though overall your feedback is good, as is mine, it only takes 1 load of BS to destroy it.

i do believe mike should just send the dvd's back and be done with it.. i think by dragging it out it just made everything worse..
i also believe it was also in pumpkinheads right to post this public.. i know after awhile of not getting any resolve over a deal.. i would probably have done the same thing.. even though , knock on wood, i havent had any problems with any deals that were not resolved...
also.. the last few posts people been saying that Mike (donkey) was saying he has a second screen name and was using it previous... i been reading all the threads and I DO NOT believe that to be true.. Mike said that he has alot more and better feedback then Pumpkinhead...
SOMEBODY else completely NOT involvedin this deal posted a quote of a PRIVATE message or a email that Pumpkinhead supposidly sent him saying thats his second screenname... just because we are hearing it third person.. and since its a copy and paste quote.. there is NO WAY we can know for sure if its 100% true and accurate...all we know is this guy didnt get along with Pumpkin...

I think there was no trade, and there arn't any DVDs.
I believe one day there will be no obnoxious threads in the wanted/sale section about bad deals going down because itrader was invented for a reason. I BELIEVE ONE DAY THIS THREAD WILL STOP GETTING BUMPED
