Hey gang, this one is an odd one. It's marked as Mike Lebron vs Jack Colavita with no other information on the tape. Listening to the beginning of the match, it's Bob Maidhof and Ron Vitello on commentary and the match is at Drexeline Billiards in Drexel, Pa. The event is mentioned as the 1st Annual 9-Ball Open and I can't tell what date the match is from.

Ha ha. It’s not as bad as I made it sound. The owner, Bob M., actually had all the walls filled with memorabilia. Hoppe cues, BB cues, Caras posters, Zamboti cues, you name it he had it, in a nice display case or framed. The two brackets for the 1991 and 1992 editions of this tournament were nicely framed and on one of the back walls of the room.

He had Pat come cover the 91 tournament (IDK if 92 also). There were videos of several of the matches, and they were sold out of the room on VHS until sold out.

I don’t believe anyone has seen any of the matches in decades, outside of whoever happened to buy one of the tapes.

I got this info from a buddy that was there. I didn’t start frequenting that room until about 1996.
