I ran the auction

The economy must really be bad, not many calcutta buyers today. I did 3 blind bids and 2 of them went for over 100 bucks. I bought Andy Quinn for 80 bucks and the reining Missouri State 9 ball champion Andy Craig for a mere 30 bucks. I bought 3 or 4 other players cheap.

AJ whom I stake optioned for part of the action.?? So me and my silent partner are left with 1/4 of the pot, plus AJ.

I will be heading back out for a 2nd auction on the final 12 players.

There is a guy at the room that is selling every sort of Huslin apparel you could ask for so if you are reading this and the sun is still up head on over and check out his inventory.

Mark, who all is there from Springfield? I'm guessing Andy Craig, Russ, Jim, Mitch and probably others as those guys were MIA in Springfield last night.

Did not see Russ

You forgot to mention that Teachers had US Open 9 Ball Champion and Mosconi Cup team member Jeremy 'Double J' Jones in the house to call bad/good hits.

Yes BUT

You forgot to mention that Teachers had US Open 9 Ball Champion and Mosconi Cup team member Jeremy 'Double J' Jones in the house to call bad/good hits.

He was only there Sunday. i hear he did quite well in Japan. and he seemed deeply engaged in conversation with you.:cool:

Watchez, knows all the heavy hitters.

25 of 66 got at least $100 back

what was the payout does anybody know

13th through 25th paid $100

1st place in the tournament was $1000
!st auction
428
321
214
107
2nd auction
174
106
71

I should have taken a picture of the payouts on the chart then I could answer your question completely but believe 2nd place paid 700 and the payout delineated from there.
I can tell you the Banks family took most of the cash, placing 1st and 3rd, Sr had ALL of himself in the 1st auction.
Sure 2nd place finisher Chuck Ralston came out ahead as well.;)

If you look at Post 1

what was the payout does anybody know

The top payouts were basically 80 percent of the planned payouts due to only 66 players rather than 80. That will get you real close.
The 13th-25th payout was not effected but the higher places were.
