Thats a pretty nice bool table for a par.
no one makes a table that is 7x4. They are ALWAYS twice as long as they are wide.

The frame looks commercial, probably a 1960's table. Not sure of the name, sportking comes to mind, more because of its exterior look than anything else.
It looks like you had no problem up loading pictures. If you can post more pictures such as good views of the corner castings and some more distant overall views I am sure someone can tell you. I have somewhat of an opinion but want to see more pictures.
Post more pictures, legs, under the table...etc
I'm about 99% sure it's a "Quality" coin-op pool table, built by "Baker Mfg, in Gardena, CA. The slate on it is 3/4"...but need more pictures to be 100% sure.
