moderators ?????

what should be the basic funtions of the moderators?

lets put our heads together as i think this topic needs to be

discussed. i will save my input for later to give everyone a chance

to contribute here. but i would like to know more about how to

safely ban someone without getting the wrong person.

for obvious reasons.

I think they shouldn't ban you anymore in the future

I ban spammers automatically. I will ban someone who is disrespectful to others in the chat or the players playing if it gets bad, I will give warning first usually or kick them to give them the hint. One more thing that is important that you can ban someone by clicking on the name in the chat and not just in the user list so they cannot hit and run anymore, you also can delete any post if it is bad or is a link you do not want shown. :wink:

I will give warning first usually or kick them to give them the hint. One more thing that is important that you can ban someone by clicking on the name in the chat and not just in the user list so they cannot hit and run anymore, you also can delete any post if it is bad or is a link you do not want shown. :wink:

I think if they are going to have the Ustreams, then the moderators should at least be knowledgeable about how to do things correctly.

Haha, you got me. I learned basically by messing around on there and being curious, there are some help tools but they are not in depth, basically just have to learn it as you go and hopefully get some hints. :smile:
