Just a heads up for everyone in the Chicagoland area. A guy that goes by the name MICHAEL WILKINSON came into Chalk It Up Billiards in Manteno, Il. He's handicaped and plays in a wheelchair. He lost a race to 5 for $50 and payed. He then upped the ante to $250 and lost again. This time he didn't have the money to pay his debt. Says he will make arrangements to pay as soon as he can but we've all heared that one before. Tried to tell everyone he was ranked #3 in the country a few years ago in a wheelchair division. If anyone has had similar incedents or is familiar with this individual please post I'm kinda curious. He's probalbly 40-45yrs old and tried to say he's from Elgin,Il.

This same guy had a writeup here about a year ago I think. He just got a friend of mine in Indianapolis for about $400 a few weeks back. Always POST!!!!!!

I know the guy you are talking about he stuck me for $800 and Buddy hall for $400 in september he is not at the derby i have been watching.

doesn't sound like a very stand up guy to me.
stand up guy..hehe..funny...anyways...if you get stitffed u deserve it for not making him post up after that big of a raise on the bet!!

Sounds like most are familiar with him. No that wasn't him in the photo. The prior posting of him on AZ is exactly who it is. Very crude talker with many choice words. Does say he belongs to the National Wheelchair Association. Will belittle his oppenent while getting beat.
Watched him win $100 from a respectible player prior to our match. Oh well lesson learned. And yes I did empty his wallet and pockets prior to him leaving. Not all was lost. Still owes about $100.

kankakeekid...Classy guy. Wanna bet he is lying about belonging to the NWPA? That's pretty easy to check, as there are only a couple of NWPA members from IL Next time take a photo with your phone, and post it here.
Don't hold your breath waiting for the $100! :D

I bet that wheel chair is on ice right now...while he walks amongst us.

He came in our local hangout 2 Saturdays ago and was harassing a couple of kids to play $20 a game. They told the owner and the owner remembered him from a few months earlier when he got chased out the door for being a jerk. That time, he went out in the parking lot and called the police and told them that some guys in this bar were trying to take his wheelchair. Anyways, the owner told him that the only person he could play, was the best player there and he was gonna stake him and if there was any trouble at all, HE would call the local police. (They like him alot more than some loudmouth hustler) He declined and left. On a lighter note about that night: My drunk ass was across the bar from the front door and it was pretty crowded. When he came in, all I could see was his head from where I was sitting and I said to my girlfriend," Man is THAT guy short". Oops..............

I'm guessing that he isn't a member of the National Wheelchair players and I don't see his name 'ranked' here: http://www.nwpainc.org/viking_points2006.htm

( I couldn't bring myself to hit a guy in a wheelchair, but I COULD bring myself to carry a can of bright yellow spray paint and paint him and his chair to look like a giant yellow bellied sapsucker on wheels.... imo )

didn't stand behind his bet huh

tried to wheel and deal a little

he thought you would extend some chairity

Just cripple him so he has to use the wheelchair, then the next time he tries to wheel his ass out of there just throw a house cue in the spokes and he'll go flying

Jake ( why didn't someone else think of that )

The picture of the guy posted here is not the same guy who kankakeekid was talking about. I was there that night. Sure sounds like he's making the rounds in the area though.
