Has anyone here had any experience with Moori Power Tips? I have 2 laying around, and was thinking of putting one on my playing cue. Does anyone know if Moori Power Tips performs well as a playing tip? I also have a Moori Medium and thinking about comparing how they perform on two different shafts for the same cue.

by power tip are you talking about a moori quick? a moori medium is a nice tip. cant go wrong with it in my opinion. its softer than a le pro or a triangle but harder than an elk master. my fav layerd tip.

By Power Tip, I mean Moori Power, not Moori Med III or Moori Quick III. The label on the Tip says Moori P Japan. I heard they were initally made for breaking, not sure if thats true.

I don't like them, maybe I just had a unique bad experience, but I had two different Moori P's and I didn't like the hit and I miscued A LOT!
I like Moori soft the most - it hardens up after you use it and it gives me the most action on the ball with the best feeling hit... IMO.

We talked about Moori Power tips with Mr. Moori around couple years ago.
But Mr Moori stopped make anymore Moori P.

My experience about Moori P, it is softer than Moori Medium, but it play very nice if you are used soft tip. Less mushroom, and more chalk holding.

TTT means to the top. I'm bringing your thread To The Top that way it wont get flushed down to the next next page. Its an internet thang. I'm also interested for others reply to your thread, thats why.

I play with a moori medium and love it so I threw a moori power tip on one of my breakers to see what it hit like. Unfortunately I did not like it. It, despite roughing the tip would miscue quite a bit. In other words quite unforgiving if you did not hit it level. Now when you hit it solid a nd level it wasn't so bad but not my cup of tea. I think I have ten or twelve. I bought some a couple years ago, can't remember trying any. One of those things I was going to get around to but never did.

It's really hard for me to let someone else do my talkin' for me, but when he says it all perfectly I sit back. WHAT HE SAID...Tom
