Here is my opinion

I used to use the old Moori medium, and now I use Moori soft. The current soft tips play the same IMO to the old mediums.

Kamui softs are equal to the Moori softs.

The Moori medium and hard are too hard.

That old Gilbert jump break still has the Moori tip on it and still breaks a ton...

Hi,

I think Moori tips are the best and most consistent on the market. The hardness of the tip is a personal preference but I have noticed that many of the higher skill level players like the Moori Q (hard tip). With that being said, Efren Reyes uses an Elk Master which is a super soft tip.

Again it's all preference.

I tried a Moori medium once and wasn't thoroughly impressed to be honest. I always seem to come back to Everest tips.

I have used many different tips. Le pro, Triangle, Elkmaster, meucci layered, and moori. For me the Moori medium gives the most consistent hit. They cost about 8-10 a tip. But a tip if preference, a favorite will vary from person to person. You will have to shoot with many different tips to over a period of time to find out which one is the best for you.

What Ty said. There are so many tips out there now, it's crazy.

That along with tip/shaft combos and it can be downright confusing.

Find out first what kind of shaft (Predator, OB-1, custom, etc) agrees with you. Then find a friend/person that shoots with the tip you're thinking of getting and hit a few balls with it. You should know after a few shots.

Once you know which works best for you, then you can purchase in bulk.

For the record, I prefer Moori medium or hard.
