More From The Oyster

The images with Landon and then the flash to an image of an oyster were just a little disturbing to me.

Doesn't this border on stalking for the Oyster? I mean, he creates a youtube account in Landon's name. Creates videos with stills of Landon and posts them there. Seems a bit excessive.
 
This IS disturbing. How long is this guy going to ride Landon's coattails? He needs to grow up and leave this kid alone.
 
AO is an A-Hole. From what Stan has told me AO has full legal rights to Landon's name. It's a shame.

Possibly, if he hasn't already done so, Stan should obtain legal advice.
It is a complex subject...but in the entertainment world which I have personal experience in...no contract for the services of a minor are binding unless approved by a federal judge.

Further, even outside the world of entertainment law, I am reasonably sure that in most states, a minor can repudiate a contract...although the approving parent may still be bound.

Jim, I asked Stan about going after AO. He doesn't want to pursue it, he considers it a matter that's not worth stewing about. Stan doesn't let it bother him, He's a better man than AO and will not stoop to AO's level. He's is such an honest Gentleman that he still gives credit to AO in some of his teachings!

I know Stan doesn't want to bring this matter into the public eye, he just wants to let it go, so I'll leave it at that.
 
Nice, the Australian Leech even made another fake account just to make that 1 comment below the video. Funny, at first I thought someone did actually buy his DVD's but the join date is 12/7/07, and only 1 video watched. Pretty sure that user name is fake. LOL. Pathetic.
 
I wonder who is most hated on azb: AOyster, Kevin Trudeau, or DCP? If they had a cage match, who would win? Discuss.

Once he admitted in writing that he had doctored the photos, I didn't even respond. To me, that was an admission he committed fraud, and all the rest was him trying to justify it.

The BCA code of conduct for instructors prevents me from saying what I really think...but I think you and I are pretty much on the same page.

It's like watching two goats fu#%ing, you almost have to see it through to the end. What a character this guy is, huh? And no, for you future smartasses, I don't watch goats. I am so amused that he would even have this on ANYWHERE public.
 
Hard to believe that a man would do this when he is in business. Unless of course he is in the porn business, or queer.
