Have some straight pool with your coffee. Not a textbook run, my shot selection was a little suspect but I think you'll like all the break shots and I have it edited down to like 35 minutes.

JT,
I'm watching it during breaks in work. Many thanks.

What kind of glove are you using, and where did you purchase it? I don't think I've ever seen one like it.

Very nice but I gotta know, is it me or is the cue ball moving from frame at 3:48 to frame at 3:50? Red spot and all ....

Looks like a Sir Joseph glove to me.

Those are the gloves I've used for years. The humidity in Japan in the summer is unreal. Only thing is that when I start a new glove I cut the tip of the middle finger off so I've got the "traction" of my finger on the table instead of the slippery spandex.

I enjoyed that Joe. What a way to end a run. I like how you predicted very accurately how the cueball would come off of the stack. I'm going to pay a lot more attention to that. I have to get better with inside english shots though. I have enough trouble just pocketing the break ball.

Just looked. Nothing unkosher here. There are also two Joes at that point. It's just a nice smooth video transition.

Thanks, Joe!!

Enjoyed it very much!!

You're welcome, running the balls is my pleasure but this technical stuff might break me.

Yep sir Joseph and I also like to cut the tips off.

Start today, just try to start figuring it out and if you're wrong 9 out of 10 you'll still learn.

I also just played it over and it does appear the video transition frames overlapping caused what looks like two different cue balls on my PC.

Haha ... but I'm always watchin .... :) (sorry Joe)

I can't find this, is it section 1, 2, 3 or 4? I'm a "D" player with computers.

Joe it was the first section, but again, as I looked and as bluepepper pointed out, it must have been the result of the video transition. Those transitions do borrow frames from either side of a cut and I think that transision took a frame or two of when the ball was still rolling.

Besides, I'm blind in one eye and can't see out of the other. :)

If you held your mouse on the timeline indicator and moved it from 3:48 to 3:50 back and forth, you will see the cue ball is in two different places. It just so happened that my computer jumped at that point and it really stuck out, but again, it was me seeing the transition as bluepepper pointed out. :)

Yeah thats just a transition, I had to do a TON of them, 9hrs to cut dead thinking space or pokemon interuptions, break into 4 sections under 100mb, 4 voice overs, rendering & uploading and I thought it would be a hanger. I tried to wait till the cb stopped on all of them but that one comes close. I have the whole run uncut on my website but there's no commentary on that one.

Thanks for posting Joe. I watched the whole thing and saw quite few choices you made that I would not have and that is why your run was 100+ I need to inspect the table more and weigh my options better.

I also see you are good at dealing with interuptions each of which would have probably put a stop on my run but you stayed very focused.

BTW- I have worked on your aiming system and will say it has helped my ball pocketing. I do not call them out by the number but I use the method quite a bit. Also I think it has helped my combos as well and I can see you are quite the combo player. Especially that 5 whatever combo when the 1 was hanging in the pocket right by you. Very straight shooting.

Thanks again

That was great Joe. Very informative. Seeing how easy you made it look has helped me get into the 2nd rack a few times which has been a problem for me. Keep up the good work.

good stuff, great commentary, everything was good except the last shot.;) thanks for your effort and time to put that together.

how big are the pockets on that table 4 1/2" or 4 5/8" . I like bigger pockets, its fun to build angles and cheat pockets. I know the tred the past few yeears iss towards tighter pockets and thats cool i'll roll with it but I still perfer big pockets, not 5" but not 4", if I want small pockets I'll play snooker, those pockets are how I like them, i might run 10 balls on that box, my 14.1 game is really really bad.

Never blame anything for distacting you and once you commit to doing that you will automatically start to become less distacted and more focused, This means no matter what happens you say (to yourself not out loud) I should have just paid attention to the shot. And then let it go.

Had a long talk with a very good player today about this and the bottom line is shut the hell up, do you best, accept what happens and try to do better next time.

Yeah my combo percentage tripled at least by committing to those spots. For years strictly by feel was not fun.

You're welcome Dave. They say if you're not making it look easy you're not doing it right. I have some more I'll post up here soon, hopefully my patterns will be a little better. This one I like the break shot predictions.

Thanks Eric, you home? And how ya feeling?
Pockets were forgiving for sure, don't know the measurements but have since tightened them to under 2 balls. Plus if you're gonna practice 14.1 as John says, polish those freakin balls.
I thought I hit the last shot a little too good! My cb doesn't usually bend that much!
