to know what it takes to make the team should know.

Because, at least on some level, CB is personally interested, based upon what he's posted here.

If someone wants a job with a particular outfit they should be able to make some small effort to express their interest. And if they can't do that tiny ittsy-bitsy much and pick up their big heavy cell phone and dial those huge long hard 10 numbers on their hard to see keypad... they don't deserve the job in the first place ;-)

I'm pretty sure that MW can handle a few phone calls from the very small number of players that have a realistic shot.
