Mosconi Cup 2025, Dec. 3-6, Alexandra Palace, London

Dude why do you always have to get personal? I don't even remember wth I used to post 9 years ago, but at least I don't hide it, anyone can see. Can't say the same for you, as your post history is blocked for some reason.

do you not see it when i put on the smilee face? just jakin with ya man. btw, if you look at the MC Wiki page you can click on any year and it shows the whole match/session breakdown. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mosconi_Cup

Wow. Glad I went back to the shop.
So the only match the US won today was the only match I did not watch.
If you want the US to win, send a handle of Sailor Jerry's to me ASAP and I will work all day tomorrow and not watch.
You're welcome. Just doing my part.

I was wrong. Only three matches played today, not four. SkySports and Matchroom need to make sure this stretches into four days.
What's weird is there was no closing commentary, no wrap up of the days event, nothing. Sky just moved on to the next show, something about the Ferrari racing team. I guess that's what this event deserves, a complete brush off. You have to wonder if Sky will continue to cover this event next year. The MC may be relegated to only streaming channels. It's just not good TV. It's like watching one pro team (pick a sport) bomb another team day after day. That would get boring pretty quick.

The MC has become a foregone conclusion before the first ball is hit. And there don't seem to be any prospects for that to change anytime soon. All the suggestions made in this thread will likely never come to pass and Team USA will only deteriorate further when Shane is gone. 11-2 and 11-3 looks like what we can expect to see year after year.

What if it goes hill-hill, i.e. 10-10 based on little calculation and unless I am horrible at math, then they would have to add one extra day, or play three or four extra matches in last day making last day filled with matches for a very long time, i.e. 8 matches in one night, would cruel for audience and players as well.

It's more likely to end something like 11-2 or 3. That's six or seven more matches over two days.
