I subscribed to DAZN for a month last year to watch the Mosconi Cup. I don't know what the process is for subscribing via their normal web page, but I did it through my iPhone it was super easy to cancel whenever I was done. So I'd recommend trying that if you're an IOS user.
As for the stream quality, yeah it was pretty hit or miss at times. I'd say no worse than many of the match PPV's people run, although that bar is sometimes quite low. You'd expect more quality from a legit corporation like DAZN though but it is what it is I guess. Knowing Matchroom's attitude on feedback though, they're going to do things how they want and if you don't like it you can go kick rocks. So I wouldn't count on DAZN going away any time soon.

I think you are right. I went to the posted DAZN schedule today. December 1st says nothing scheduled. They may be waiting for official word to see if it gets cancelled. I am putting my money on it getting cancelled. What a shame if it happens.

Considering the other Matchroom events that are still being produced, I think it is almost certain that MC 2020 will take place. I think they probably would not have gone ahead if this year's Cup had to be held in Las Vegas.
I just got a message from Matchroom that the Mosconi Cup is 100% to be on DAZN for US viewers. Evidently DAZN has not updated its schedule listing.
