Rack 9.

Dennis tries for a tough cut in the side on the 1 after dry break from Ralph. Leaves Ralph almost the same shot. Ralph misses it the same way, 1 nearly hanging but tough to get to the 2 on the short rail going back down table. Dennis plays a great shape shot, makes the 1 goes 3 rails around traffic to fall on the 2 with a great angle.

Dennis makes the 3 and finds a way to hook himself fully behind the 7. Has to kick over a ball, misses the hit, hits the 3 on way out but no rail. Ralph has ball in hand.

Combo on the 4-5, easy run out after this for him. Taking his time as usual for Ralph, gets to the 6, Dennis is about to go down by 1 with Ralph on the hill first after being up 4-2. Ralph wins 3 in a row due to a few mistakes from Dennis.

4-5 Ralph leads on the hill.

Not a lot of coaching to be seen, Dennis needs some hugs or something. Buddy, come on down and give Dennis a hug!

EUROPE!

actually i'm rooting for dennis, i want the cup to go on full length. the weakest link in team USA is probably rodney though, he's like a nerve wreck on crack this year. he's doing a great job in the crowd though

WOW 5-5 2nd golden break of the match by Dennis... Hope the rolls are enough to make up for the play..... Ralf breaking now

Rack 10.. Dennis makes the 9 on the break, two in this set. He also makes another ball in addition to the 9. 9 kicked to the side, then banks across to the corner.

Ralph breaking the hill hill game.

Getting hard to watch! I know I'm not as good as these guys but I could get out of some of these!

Being in high pressure situations causes you to do some funny things. Add a shot-clock on top of it and its a recipe for disaster.

I know how it feels. When you got so much pressure every shot is exhausting mentally.

Man, talk about a pressure game now for Dennis. Wow! This is like a must-win for Team USA.

Ralph almost makes the 9 as it was bouncing around the table and came close to the side. You can see Dennis was sitting in his chair just praying that the 9 does not go in.

Its the pressure of the event. They all are more skilled than 98% of users in this forum.

I absolutely understand the pressure part. And agree they are the best. But we've all been in our own "pressure" situation. Someone needs to pull their head out of their a** and finish a set.
