Mosconi Updates Please

Earl is saying the game is too easy... I agree. It's 90% a break / early safety battle... once on a ball, you can almost pencil in a winner.

I really like Jimmy Wych. Jerry Forsyth too. Heck, they're all good. :)

Europe wins the first doubles set, 6-3, and leads the cup 2-0 over US.

I've noticed that Europe just sits quiet, plays and wins.
Team America, not so much.

We need one main Mosconi thread. I'm jumping all around on the forum. There's about a dozen Mosconi threads right now. I don't know where to hang out. :D

I hope SVB can stop the bleeding. You'd think Earl might have learned to move his CB around (although the box is small) on the break, dead center did not work! EVER if I recall correctly

This should be the thread to update the actual game play. Ancillary issues and comments could be addressed in other threads, I guess. Right?

I'm trying that one now, thx. I think the one I was using before was more crisp, but some pauses and pop ups was distracting.

True. The other ones I used were more crisp, but I couldn't take the freezing and buffering.

I guess I'd rather watch the one that doesn't freez, but the others are crisper for sure. :)

It's not all of team America talking, just Earl. Earl is fine when he's winning, but he acts like a classless idiot when he's losing. It's fine to be confident and even arrogant when you are great at something. It's often what separates or defines the truly great ones, but it's not ok to be totally classless.

Tiger Woods knows he's the best, always has. He's one of the most arrogant sports figures the world had ever seen. It's what gives him the tremendous focus and edge he has. However, you're never gonna see him show any disrespect toward his competitors like Earl does.

Sounds like a winner! Speaking of which, U.S. better get their act together now. Wow!

Hatch and Morris should of been a scotch team. Both lefties. Weakest links. If they win great, if not is was expected, but why weaken both of our teams.

Man, I'm seeing a lot of friends in the audience now. Ray from Albany is in the house! Probalby there to support Dennis. Two of them are good friends.
