Most Consecutive Break and Runs

Does anybody know what the record is for most consecutive break and runs in 9-ball and 8-ball?

I've run 5 in 8 ball and 4 in 9 ball. I'm sure that must be right up there

Unless of course you count Neils Feijen, who I think ran 15 in 9 ball.

You've got me beat by al long shot. :bow-down: I've run 2 in a row in 8 ball a few times, and 2 in a row and then made the 9 on the break in 9-ball once.

there is a rumor, that a player named klaus zobrekis ran 35 racks in switzerland at a tournament during warming up. many people that saw it said its true and the guy rackin confirmed it in the german forum ! still hard to believe even though i know what he is capable of because i know him for 15 yrs...

The most consecutive break n runs in 9ball that i have personally witnessed was :yikes:16 unfinished :yikes: by Mark Tadd in Durham NC. Fall of 1993.

I think there were posts on here about Keith running 27 in 9-ball, I think on a bar table.

Strickland did a 10 in a tournament, and about half of it was on camera.

Archer ran 14 in front of a room full of witnesses, on a diamond gambling with Bustamante back around 93. He won the toss, ran the set to 13, and I heard the first rack of the next set as well.

Those are some incredible runs.

The best I have ever seen in person was Hennessee running an entire race to 7 out from the snap on a bar box. 9 ball.

It isn't 27 racks, but still amazing to watch. Especially because you don't realize it's happening while it's going on.

No matter what the record might be for 9 ball, I bet their runouts weren't half as entertaining as some of the multi-packs that Keith McCready has put together over the years. In his prime, Keith was pure gold and silky-smooth.
