Yea since i got my new cue with moori mediums on there, its my first time using a moori... and i can say i dont think it performs any better than any other tip.. and it mushrooms so fast!! even with burnishing and tip maintenence i still see some mushrooming, and i saw my friends moori hard, it was completely mushroomed!
I did shoot with a sniper for almost a year, thats the kind of tip where once you put it on, you notice the difference in the first shot you take, its definately a good tip, used for a year, no burnishing, and never once even came CLOSE to mushrooming. It got great action as well. Just need the occasional scrape.
As for me i REALLY wanna try one of those talisman WB-Hard's... but im so afraid to take my coker shaft to the local guy, he RUINS ferrules!!! Its always all scratched up!! So i dont know what to do, i have 2 shafts, ones brand new and id like to keep it that way, without altering it. I could send it 200 miles away to predator in jacksonville for the tip job, but that would take 2-3 weeks to get back to me! Oh well! Snipers are good! Moori's are crap!
