And you are correct. Randyg developed them, and many SPF instructors like myself and Scott Lee make sure all of our students get them, along with some pretty detailed instruction as to how to best use them for maximum improvement.

As the other posters suggested the shots don't mean anything without knowing how to execute them. I had a hard time performing the shots until I took the lessons from a BCA trained instructor. Well worth the money.
