MP Cup! PacMan International Tournament

Is there a list of all of the players that participated? I'd be interested to see if Acis Tadique was in the field. He's a beast! I understand him not playing in other tournaments world wide if there is an issue with him getting a Visa, but I wouldn't see why he wouldn't play in this tournament.

Tadique was in the field but lost fast. was knocked out after losing 2 matches in a row

Correct me if I am wrong, but 12 noon over there is 11 pm, Thursday, tonight US EST, and not 1 am.

Yes, and all the remaining singles matches are tomorrow (Friday) at 2-hour intervals -- round of 16 at noon (local time), round of 8 at 2 pm, round of 4 at 4 pm, and finals at 6 pm.

The USA east coast times for those rounds would be 11 pm Thursday, 1 am Friday, 3 am, and 5 am.

Rodney's got his hands full with this young gun. I like Morra over Efren. He's been playing great so far. Singles wraps up today and Doubles starts tomorrow. Already three strong teams from Taiwan are entered. 40K on top brings out the big guns!

Yes, but I can't see Efren winning the event if he keeps breaking like he did and moving around on so many shots. He got out ahead 8-4 thanks to some less-than-stellar play from Morra, then finally won it after missing the 3-ball but leaving Morra nothing but a 2-rail kick.
 
So Rodney is out so all Filipino quarters
That Biado v Alex will be a cracker match

I'm surprised that no taiwanese, chinese, or japanese plays in this tournament. Anybody has an idea why ? :rolleyes:
