Has anyone else had BAD EXPERIENCES with Muecci Cues???????? I sent my cue to have a shaft made , As of today I haven't received my cue back,After NUMEROUS calls and being told someone would contact you, "STILL NO CUE " & no calls. Is there a problem with this company ????????

I'm a thinking you should have asked this question before deciding to deal with them. IMO you are in for a long and winding road. Do a search - there are all kinds of horror stories on here about Meucci. Good luck!

meucci issues

My strong suggestion would be calling and speaking with BOB himself or go to the SBE coming up. Do have shipping records of sending your cue? If so, Send a certified letter with a 2week time line asking you be contacted on your cell phone (immediate contact). If you dont recieve and for of contact after that point, then you have enought right to contact an attorney. No I dont know what value your cue is but if it worth eough money, it will be worth your time getting it back. I would also send emails and keep records of those. If your attempts of contact are not in written form, it didn't happen in legal terms. So, good luck.

Yes meucci is bad a customer service, I played with one for years and after their quality when down the tubes, I just sold mine and went to a custom cue. Good luck

I'll let you know...I'm sending a shaft to them that appears to be comming appart at the laminations...

Meucci Cue

Sending a repair job to Meucci is like sending the cue into space...into a black hole! One repair job took 6 months and that was with calling them each and every week ASKING WHEN???
Meucci has now commissioned Mueller's Billiard Supply in Nebraska to do repair work. Ryan WILL get the repair work turned around in short order AND done right!

so all work sent to meucci is sub-contracted out to mueller's? i was looking to get a stick redone for nostalgic proposes. do the horror stories about untimely processing not exist anymore?

Sorry to say this but the company has major quality control and Customer service issues. I suspect sooner or later you will get your shaft but it may take a lot longer than you may have ever guessed, and trust me on this your not the first Meucci Customer to get the shaft!!!!:frown:

The second cue I owned was a Meucci. After about a year of hard play it started to 'loosen' up. The ferrule started to make noise and there was also a rattle in the butt that I never figured out what is was. They are made cheaply and play that way as far as I'm concerned. I hit with a really old one once and that felt good.
There are a lot of other mid range cues out there that are really great!
