i have noticed that there are many threads started by OP that deal w/ poor transactions and dealings. and other posts by OP that have a negative slant to them.

maybe it's not them.

from what i can see, there is only one common denominator.

That would include some dispute in a transaction with masonh for which he hit Mason with negative itrader TWICE for the SAME transaction, against forum rules. In one of these he called him dishonest and Mason returned the guy's money order to him without even having cashed it. It does make you wonder, doesn't it?
 
Is Mueller's a brick and mortar store that one can walk around in?

Yes. We have two showrooms, one in Lincoln and one in Des Moines. You can also cruise on down I-80 and take a tour of the warehouse.

I bought a good amount of stuff from Muellers when I was setting up my basement/poolroom at my current house. Great service, great customer service, great inventory. They are a first class company to deal with. Frank, Blue Bell, Pa
 
I never deal with this company any more, there not as big as they once was,there selection is poor, and there prices arent the lowest..
Theyll never see any of my Money, I guarantee that !!!!!!
 
mueller's? sure thing!

i have dealt with mueller's for years. no problem. no problems(plural). never. ever. looking forward to doing business with them again- and other sponsors as well. one case may have slipped through for whatever reason out of hundreds.
 
He was buying a NEW case and they tried to pass off a used case for new.

Probably one that had been returned to them as "new". Or one that someone had tried their cue in at the showroom and purchased a different one. He didn't say there was anything wrong with the case, just that he saw some chalk marks in it. Sounds kind of picky to me unless there was actually something wrong with the case.
