I bet not many have heard of this game show, fewer have seen it.

It was called Ten-Twenty and aired on ABC. Not sure of the year as I can't find any info on it, but I believe it is the 1950"s.

This is part one of five. Took a while to convert and upload because Youtube has an upload limit. Will be posting the other parts later.

This one has Cowboy Jimmy Moore vs Irving Crane.

This is great vintage video................

Edited to update list

Q-Men Vintage TV Hoppe

Ten-Twenty Part One

Ten-Twenty Part Two

Ten-Twenty Part Three

Ten-Twenty Part Four

Enjoy

Wow! I loved the part where the guy says "Mental Illness, Americas number 1 health problem. Help America fight battle against mental illness." It was a different time back then.

Do a search in the archives. This show has been discussed several times already.:D

One that I found. Another episode was linked to. Does that mean I can't upload another episode and share it here?

If you want people to see your connection to this show, just post the link instead of saying, "do a search".

I'd love to see the other parts of the episode. :D I think Scott thought you were just posting a link to a video that has been posted before. Thanks for uploading the videos Jeff.

If anyone wants to see the full half hour show, you can download it here. But know that it is over 500 megs.

I enjoyed it, Jeff and it's the first time I have seen the video. The copyright states 1959 so I assume that is the year it was shot. Thanks and post on my friend.

Here is the link to the other discussion: http://forums.azbilliards.com/showthread.php?t=88012&highlight=twenty

The producer Frank Oliva was my instructor. He had 3 or 4 cans of film that contained the episodes that are floating around. He let me borrow them and I had them converted to VHS tape. He never could find any of the other episodes. I tried to contact a number of people to track down the balance of the episodes, but never had any luck. The production company was long gone at the time of my search.

After Frank passed, we held a 25 year anniversary for his Women's League at Illinois Billiard Club. Jim Parker and his wife Bonnie the owners of the club helped us with a great party. We showed one of the episodes after dinner. I think Jim copied the tape or I copied it for him not sure. I believe an AZ member who is also an IBC member has posted them up on youtube.

Frank would be happy that people are still enjoying his show. He was an unbelievable teacher, and ambassador for our game. I have been blessed to learn from such a gentleman!!

Very cool! Thanks. I had never seen either of these guys when they were that young. Met both in Johnston City a few years later.

Thanks for the post.

That is Joe Diehl. I'd like to see these shows. I saw all these guys play in person in the 60's.

And nobody listened to the warnings. Now mental illness is an American epidemic.

ROFLMAO!

That Q-Men video is HILARIOUS
The first guy talks like he's barkin for the bearded lady at the carnival.
And those intermittent cut away shots to Irving Crane where he just stands there with a blank look on his face.

CLASSIC!!!!

I can't believe I never saw that before if it was on TV. Is it possible that it never made it to TV or was shown at the movies? Johnnyt

Johnny T...............Ten / Twenty ran I believe 8 episodes. Then it was not picked up again.

After that Frank & Joe combined forces again to run Minnesota Fats Hustles the Pros. Again only a few of these episodes aired, not sure of the exact count. I have never seen one of these shows, it would be nice to stumble across them though.

If you're talking about the Q-Men, I think it was probably a movie "short", one of those things they show before or between movies.
