Nice choices in both your cues

Congrats on your cues. What a turnaround going from written off, to phone call/email, to extreme joy. 11 years is a looong time to be on a list.
I finally pulled the trigger on my first custom cue I'd been wanting for 15... but only had to wait six months. Wow. I am sure you will enjoy them.

I have that combo and it's one of the best hitting SW's I have ever owned and the best looking. The single white veneer with the purple and black is just perfect IMO.

two years ago, I came up with the idea of creating a 2/4 case with possibility of carrying two playing cues and one jump/break cue.

Then with the help of my good friend, Michael. He help me came up with my “TOLSTY’ case.

The main compartment can hold 2/4 and the large compartment holds my break/jump cue (in two pieces)

And of course, some accessories, thanks to Maik !

From the looks of the closure, I would say it's a John Barton case with his "Magic Puzzle Latch".. same one I'll have on my soon to be here case.

Hi folks,

So frustrating, but must have self control...

I ordered two SW cues, on Nov. 2000 from a grungy pool room in ny.

Completely wrote them off by 2006/7

then in nov 2010, i get a letter from laurie franklin, telling me there ready to start working on my two cues !

the first cue is "Birdseye maple < Alves green/ yellow/ purple laminates"

Now i find myself just trolling the forums till i get it !

You dont have to prepay for southwsts when you order only when they start building the cue then she might ask you for a deposit.
