I didn't want to chime in until I knew it was Busboy approved.


Now I can let you know that I LOVE IT. I may have to hope on Tim's list soon. I really enjoy the inlays chose for this cue.

Really gorgeous.

But I am curious on that one points veneers as the others brought up. Is it just the pictures or is it cut off??

I love the overall design of this cue. The ringwork to match the wedding ring is a beautiful touch!!! :)
 
It is a beautifully designed cue, and I love everything
about it except the miters on those veneers. The wood
in the forearm and the rings are my favorite. I do not
believe this is one of John's best blanks. There is clear
separation in the natural veneer. Shame because it is
that close to being perfect. :wink:
 
It's very beautiful but IMHOP John should have never sent that blank to Prince and Prince should have never let that out of his shop.
The amount of time, money, your heart felt design by using your wedding ring deserves a flawless cue.
I know I am coming of as harsh and trust me I don't want to be but if I were in your shoes I would send the cue back to Prince and either get my money back or have him remake the cue, demanding perfection.
