if i ever decide to go into the cuemaking business, i have decided to name my line of cues "Peter" cues. think of the possibilities here:

1) you walk into a pool hall and somebody asks what you are playing with? you can respond "I'm playing with my Peter!"

2) you go to a WPBA event, pull out your Peter, and say "Hey Vivian! you want to play with my Peter?"

3) if you have to reach for a long shot and it wont quite make it you can say "My Peter's not long enough!"

4) when somebody compliments you on your ability, you can say "My Peter's a good shooter!"

the possibilities are endless!

What'll make it even better is if the person playing with his "Peter" is also a real "Dick".

Here We Go Again

Professional pool player Richard Crainium wins "World Nine Ball Tournament". When asked how he performed so well under the intense pressure, Richard said, " I knew as soon as I pulled out my 'Peter' and stroked it a few times, I was gonna get off a few good shots." To our amazement, Richard pulled out his Peter and showed it to the crowd. When asked about the slight bend to the left in the shaft, Richard said he had been playing with his Peter for as long as he could remember and has adjusted to the slight warp.

Purdman :D

Richard Neighbors.....great cuemaker here in cincinnati goes by Dickie Cues. So, for those who own one of his cues, you could say you're playing with your dickie

Repair policy??

I hope you will stand behind your product once everyone is playing with them. For instance, if my wife is playing with my Peter, and she drops and dents it, will you repair it for free ( and if so, do I have to send it back in a Fed Ex container - that could get expensive as well as painful)?

You know Dick, your Peter just wasn't looking so hot today, what was wrong? Well, I was struggling with stroking my Peter today, I kept jabbing my Peter at the holes, but just couldn't get my balls to go in. I think that my Peter and I need to spend more time together, I need to work on stroking my Peter correctly, more smoothly and maybe, just maybe, my balls will get in the holes and not bang the heck out of the sides. My Peters great to play with, I just need to stroke it better.

had to throw my 2 cents in...

You might have a hard time finding many women on the WPBA that want to play with a Peter though...

That may just depend on what kind of wrap material is used. I'm sure a custom Peter is available with a rubberized or plastic grip and another attachment which allows you to strap your Peter on after playing so that you don't even need a case to carry it in. A vibrating limb saver could possibly be in order too. (I could be in trouble now...like I've never been before)

The "Glove" is highly recommended for stroking your Peter, but I wouldn't recommend scuffing your Peter with an Ultimate Tip Tool or burnisher.

I assume that the "Glove" would work even more effectively after you've applied smooth slide or cue shaft slicker on your Peter.

my contribution...

It's adviced that you wipe your Peter with a damp towel after usage, especially if the conditions have been dirty or you haven't used a glove and you have been stroking your Peter barehanded. You might want to use a burnisher to the shaft area so next time you use your Peter it will feel much smoother and look shinier. If you feel unhappy with the shaft area of your Peter or you just haven't used it for a while, you might want to let it in the hands of a professional who knows all the tricks which can be done to your Peter.
