Actually had one tube come back with the PVC end cap cracked. It was a 3 inch PVC tube.

I will e-mail you when the shaft is on the way. Here's how the distribution is going so far. I expect to be able to cover everybody who has requested so far within a month if all goes smoothly. The cues are packed in sturdy pipe with foam padding and the case is reusable.

Mike Bender uses a joint type that he makes on his own. He doesn't sell a tap for his joint screws, but he will tap them if you like the shaft.
If you don't mind, what I'll do is send you a whole cue to try out when the program winds down in awhile - about 3 weeks I would say, with the Tiger shaft and one of my handles.

I just sent you an e-mail. I need to figure out what joint type is on your custom cue, or do you have any cue with a common type of joint you can use?

Got mine today!!
Came home from work before heading off to school, and what did I find? A package from Santa Tate. Took a quick look inside (the package really does look like a pipe bomb) and there it was. Back at work wishing I could be out giving it a test drive. Oh well, I've got 5 whole days with it. Already tried the Z-2, OB-2 and even bought a McDermott I-3, so it will be interesting to see how it compares. I'll be out in Vegas from Thursday until Sunday for the APA Southwest Challenge, so I'm sure it will get a lot of miles put on it out there. I'll be sure to post my thoughts on it once I get back.

Ehhh, I doubt there would be much interest. I tell you what, send me the first cue for an indefinite period and I'll let you know what I think.

I received it and I sent you an e-mail. I'm sorry but we won't have a quick release uniloc joint available. These can be ordered custom from the shop, but I won't have a demo. Do you have another cue you can test it on?

I received the additonal batch of Demo shafts. They will be going out tomorrow by FedEx ground and I'll post them up here. This batch is the 2 additional 5/16 X14's, 2 more 3/8 X 10's , and one 3/8 X 11.

Thanks for the update Tate, I have a Dufferin Sneaky Pete but am not sure what the joint type is. I've contacted a friend and he's going to loan me one of his cues. I think it's a Sigel/Varner with the 5/16x14 joint but will have to let you know for sure once I get it. I'll take a picture of the joint type and email it to you to confirm.
