I wonder where you got the 6 starkey cues?

Too bad you're so far away from MA, looks like a very nice place. If my son's Jr Nationals ever hits your area, I'd love to visit :)

Good looking space.

Maybe we should start a dedicated thread about everyone's home rooms. :grin-square:

Nice room Chuck, I really like the open floor plan of that room. I wish I had that kind of space for my table.

when i saw that thread

in 04-05-2010 i decided to take photos and show my room, it only took me 3 years to get the photos taken. when i decided to add my photos i could not find that thread, so what the hell i started a new thread !!!!

sorry if i offended anyone

Chuck, you certainly didn't offend me. I just provided a link to the other thread, in which berko had previously posted, in case others weren't aware of it and wanted to see the pictures.

Looks good, that is a big room. Years ago if you didn't have a basement it was rare to have a room large enough for a table. Today so many homes have the "Great rooms" almost anyone can have a home table. I had to take out a wall and have a beam installed to put one in my 1920's house.

Is the widow view on the other side of room where the table is ? I really like the view and the all the glass, very nice. The only thing that would make it look better, would be a lake for a view.

backplaying

if you look close you can see the pond. its only about an acre, but i live on top of a hill its all i had room to build [ and its full of fish ]
as far as size, i bought this place 20 acres it only had a 1500 sf ranch style house, pole barn and a detached garage with a workshop perfect for building cues. this place was perfect for me accept no room for my pool table. i waited 2 years to build a room. its the width of the house 28 feet and 24 feet wide. the entire thing cost me 30k. construction,, furnishings, pool table, light etc etc. thats only $44 a foot furnished. then i added the fountain at a cost of 1k. great addation to my home and we entertain a lot. next project is a woodburning oven large enough to roast a whole deer.

Nice room, do you have any pictures of your shop you wnat to post?

That wood pin Titlist without a ferrule sure plays great, you make nice cues!

thank you maxx

photos of my shop would not be plesant !!!!!!!

so many great builders used the titlist as their starting point. i believe its the best hitting cue from the past. i also think the no ferrule improves the hit, and yes of course the wood pin takes it to another level. thank you for the purchase and enjoy the cue...
