Oh, I've never seen that site before; I only knew their Japanese site.
Glad to help, Tad lad. Perhaps you've already realized just how skilled all AZB members are when it comes to instantly researching anything to do with our beloved sport.

Thanks man
was born in Tokyo as an Air Force brat many years ago, brother born in Germany. How about a tour of your cues when you have time sir?
That's cool, very international! I'm just getting started with my collection so I don't have any "big" cues yet but now that the pool room is done the next goal will be to get many nice cues :)
My copilot is Japanese, I’ll have to show her your beautiful room and house.
Let me know what she thinks of it. Most japanese people who see my house think "it looks like a Ryokan!". Ryokan is a traditional Japanese hotel.
Amazing pictures! Thanx for sharing! Too jealous though!…
Thank you :)
wow, i’ve seen your room before but never the rest of the house. what do you do for work?!
That's just 30% of the house, it's missing the whole 2nd floor and parts of the 1st of floor, I thought it would overwhelm people if I make an album with too many pictures so I just uploaded the biggest highlights.

There's a little gym on the first floor and 2 tatami guest rooms, then there's also the kitchen, bathroom and 3 toilets.

The second floor has a cinema room, a room for the cat and a room for the ferret, our bedroom, a toilet, a storage room and a room that is currently empty.

I'm an entrepreneur, I develop apps and I also do translations.

if you adopt me i would be happy to stay in the empty room or share a room with the cat or ferret. 😂 😂 😂

That is a truly captivating house. I especially appreciate the garden.

I'm interested to hear the story of how you came to live in rural Japan. You say you speak broken Japanese, where are you from?

My copilot and I are both in awe of your beautiful house. WOW, good job all the way around.
Thank you! :) Are you an airline pilot?

I'm German but born and raised in Spain. I've been visiting Japan for 6 months every year since 2010 until I got married in 2019.
Used to live in Tokyo in a nice apartment but it got annoying during corona, I wanted more space (especially for a pool table) and more nature.
I really like the traditional Japanese style so I was searching houses like that around Tokyo but they are very rare around Tokyo, so I couldn't find anything good.

Then I found this house in Niigata and told my wife about it. She liked the house but not the location because it seems that japanese people think that Niigata has bad weather all year round (which isn't true by the way).

We then decided to check it out and took the bullet train (2 hours from Tokyo). The house was so stunning that we signed the papers right there.

Then we moved into the house mid-March 2021.

I thought you guys might enjoy seeing an unusual-looking home pool room. This is my pool room in Japan.
The light wood elements are all Japanese Cypress.
I hope this is the right subforum to post this, some of you might have seen my pictures on other platforms already. Anyway, let me know what you think :)

It took 7 months to receive the 9FT diamond table from the US to Japan. Cloth is Simonis 860HR Powder Blue. Aramith Duramith TV Pro-Cup balls. The light is by a fellow member here.

I’m a corporate pilot. My cue doesn’t take up much room in the baggage compartment😁

Tad: When a player (or visitor) is sitting in one of your barber chairs where do they rest their beverage on (or near) the chair?

Good question. I will have 2 solutions for this.

1- I'll attach cupholders to the chairs

2- A small bar area that will hold bottles & drinks
