My Jim LEE cue - It is coming!!!

GoTulane

Shizzle-rific
Well, my Mardi Gras is complete, and I will be getting it next week. Jim sent me some pics last night, and I thought I would share them. All white on the cue is ivory, and it is a beauty. I can't wait to get it and bring it to Vegas for all to see. If it hits like all of Jim's cues, I have a winner, and not a bad looker:thumbup:

Not a bad piece of birdseye and ebony in the cue?

So what do y'all think?

Michael

Jim Lee is a wood geek!

Great looking cue! Those veneers are super bright. Im excited for you!

Looking good. Jim and I have been spending a lot of time on the phone lately and I can't wait to see your new cue. If I'm lucky you'll let me shoot a couple shots. Not the kind that requires lemon and salt. See you in Vegas

You are more than welcome to check out my cue in Vegas, where I plan on taking plenty of both shots!!!
Lost your #, so please pm me with it, so I can contact you when I get in.

I try not to both at the same time. My number is listed below.
The birdseye is awesome. Compliments to the chef.

Yeah, that Jim guy :bow-down:  :joyful: is building some really nice looking cues, and this is certainly only one of them.

But your new player ain't bad looking either - can never have too many good chefs around - since I have a large appetite. But my flippin days are over for a little while - now that I found my SHOOTER!!!

Michael

Thanks!!

Hey them colors look familiar :):):) Gorgeous cue with not so common color combo used much!
Yeah, used here a lot in New Orleans, but Jim really did well to find some bright veneers that would really set off the ebony, and the birdseye. I can't wait to get it and put it to good use.
The fleur de lis inlays are also quite unique and nice. Just a all-around great job by JIM, and just you wait until I unveil the "GOTULANE" cue!!!!
It is the monster!!!!

Nice looking cue Go Tulane inlays and finish and all look good ... Very nice peice of birdseye in that forearm ... Let me know how it hits once you get it ... I'm eager to get the one Jim is building for me now that yours and Powerlineman80's is finished mine will hopefully be coming along soon... Jim has been great to work with he really goes out of his way to please his customers ... Sometimes you don't find that in people ...

I will let you know how it hits when I get it, but I have owned one of Jim's cues that he made last year, and it hit great. So if this one hits like that one, I am a very happy player, and my opponents will be very unhappy in Vegas - that is if they do not like to rack:grin-devilish:

I cannot wait.

Ahhh! Yesterday the bacote cue and today this one. I'm getting so excited for mine which I believe is in the same batch, and just being sprayed now. :D

Great looking piece of BEM! Good looking cue!

Unless Jim changed the taper just for you, I'm pretty sure all of them shoot the same. They feel alittle light but are stiff as hell which I love!
