I agree complete with this case review

Best,

Andreas

I have had the 4/8 Rugged in the other configuration and it works great for me. I have nothing but positive things to say about mine. It does exactly what it was advertised to do, protect my cues.

The more you use it, the more you will enjoy owning it.

I have this case in cognac vinyl (in my sig) Makes me happy every time I use it. Was thinking my next case might be a rugged. Think this solidified it!

Looks great! I actually like the Nylon quite a bit, now you got me thinking about getting one in Red Nylon. I like that it's so shapely.

I have a Butterfly and another one on it's way, these butterfly cases are the best butterfly cases in the market for sure.

this butterfly JB case line is the most functional, imo. I have 2 hard cases (also JB) but ended up using this butterfly as my main traveling case.

my case is a signature JB case, designed by Karen, and only 2 were made. it has rugged body but reinforced with thick leather at corners, with heavy duty leather shoulder pad and handle, leather pockets also.

I ordered a external rugged sleeve for my Hager extension, and a 4x6 black interior also.

Is this a case you would recommend for long term storage,
and if so would that recommendation be standing up, or laying flat?

I would definitely recommend it for long term storage, it has a reasonably hard board in the middle of the interior, and a thick and gentle padded back and front, it would surely stand normal falls, intentional abuse is another story.

One thing I really like is the removable interior, I am sure you can ask John to make you a unit of padded tube interior for it, turning it into a hard case, its simple as that.

I would recommend it stand up, leaning on the wall or something, it wont slip, and the bottom that contacts with the floor wont be easily worn out, you can see on my pic with john's signature, its the bottom.

Cuong.

Thank you for replying!
I'm really impressed with the attention to detail..
The leather accents, and stitching sets the case off..

I think I saw one with leather piping that looked really NICE..
Nice job JB!
