My new player and breaker from Steve Klapp

I just picked up these two cue's last Saturday from Mr.Klapp :)
The purpleheart butterfly playing cue is the first of its kind made
by Mr.Klapp and I am very impressed with the looks , feel , balance ,
finish and hit !!! The butterfly break cue has a flat laminated shaft
and breaks very well !

I have no idea how anyone can imagine this, let alone build it.....

Trying to follow the lines in that player is enough to give ya' a headache...crazyness :shocked:
 
Great to see more Butterfly cues. Very good.

There should be a Butterfly Builders Club.

For me, I would have liked to see the bottom butterflies on the playing cue complete, and not cut off the way they were, but thats just a personal preference, and maybe that was done for a reason.

I have a couple friends who have Steve's cues. They shoot damn nice, and I can see he is really becoming a cue maker with vision by the looks of that purpleheart butterfly. I guess I will have to run into you at sharkeys sometime and see it up close. Thanks for showing it....very cool :thumbup:

Sorry I didn't see your private message until this morning .
I'm not sure if I will make it there today as a few things
came up . But will be there next Saturday there is always
a ring game on a nine footer starting around noon !
