Jamison. I have met Semih Sayginer twice. This man is humble and nice and fun to be around. He LOVES what he does and loves to share it. He not only made an incredible name for himself as a stroke shot artist but he also rose to the top of 3-cushion and became one of the best in the world.
I would bet my life that neither he nor any one associated with him asked you to dump to him in any way shape or form.
I am certain that he could beat you in any format, any game, on any table. You are not fit to be either his competitor nor his partner on any level.
You have a great stroke and that's all you have. There are millions of also-rans like you in sports who have exceptional talent and no character, no work ethic and no sense.
I, along with many others, have seen this first hand. We gave you every opportunity to excel on the world stage and at every turn you blew it due to your lack of character and not due to your lack of talent. The reason you don't get invited to these things is because frankly, no one wants you there. Not because you aren't talented but because you are a drama queen through and through.
Look at all the trick shot and stroke shot guys and what do they all have in common?
They are all overwhelmingly NICE and POSITIVE people.
Except you.
Thanks for the compliments. I've actually been thinking a fair bit about trickshots on TV lately, and will soon email Tom Rossman with some suggestions. I have a few ideas that I think could really modernize the tournament format and make it much more appealing to the networks. I'm hoping that people will begin to take my ideas a little more seriously now that I have a few successful projects under my belt. Tom's a really nice guy, so I'm confident that he'll at least hear me out.

Well, for those of you who were in doubt, Venom just beat Sayginer at the trickshot competition in Korea this past weekend. 
The event was put on by Dragon Promotions, and included other notable talents such as Yu Ram Cha and Amy Chen. Florian 'Venom' Kohler received a perfect score on his routine, taking 1st place.
Congrats to Florian on a terrific Performance.

Ive been following the Venom series on you tube for a minute now,, its good to see it put in motion for a full length..
Why doesnt Venom compete more often????
I heard he tried the DR.Rossman '09 trick shot event, but he didnt fair well..
He needs to break though,, Andy Segal is killing it right now ..
I think Venom might got the kryptonite for Segals reign,due to Venoms innovation..
Dont get me wrong,, Segal got his own exclusive trick shots as well,and he stays grinding....
That would be the main event for 'Artistic Pool' right now....

I say good for him. I have always liked Venoms video's I hope he does well in his life. More than that I hope that he really loves pool!!! I hope that he makes every shot he ever shoots.
You misundertand me, I wish nothing but the best for everyone that plays pool. I don't think any other masse player comming up ever showed as much respect towards me as that young man has...Venom is OK by me.
Never count out anyone like Venom, someone with the patience to create the video that guy did is a force to be reckoned with. I hope that we can shoot together someday. I have no doubt that he can show a crowd something they have never seen. I am not in this for glory of bieng the best anymore I gave that up about 5 years ago the day Mr. Sayginar said no...I put my playing cue away...That is all I needed to hear about my skill level...lol
So I moved on now I shoot in two or three pool tourney's a year to see old friends and make new ones..it is hard to be my friend there is a very short list in fact. I am not normal and most of my friends are not either that is how I like it...

I know Venom is going to get everything he wants. He is a very hardworking young man with a long life ahead of him...I wish more kids would get off their ass and make a stand as he has.

Florian's from France. He did visit Quebec during the filming of the DVD, and couldn't understand a word they said. Not the same French at all. It was quit amusing to see his frustration.
Venom just began competing last month. His previous lack of competing was due to lack of funding. Also keep in mind that Florian's only been playing pool for 2-3 years now. He's very inexperienced, and didnt have the confidence to compete until recently.
As for the Rossman event, Florian actually placed 3rd.
Great post Jamison. I'm sure Florian would really appreciate those kind words.
