I just picked this up from Mike Gartland at Quality cues. Great price, great service and quick shipping. I've done many cue deals with Mike and he is a stand up guy who goes the extra mile to see that the deal goes down the way it should. Plus, he takes great photos. Thanks Mike, once again.

TommyT :D

Nice

Sometimes I need to be reminded that Showman, Ron Haley , and Searing build the best cues on the face of this planet!!!!!!! Nobody does veneers and detail work as clean and perfect as they do. wowowowowow!!!!!!:)

What a beautiful cue. John does awesome work. That baby is loaded with inlays. Awesome.
I got to shoot with a Showman last week at the ICCS and the cue played great.

That cue is a real eye opener.
I do remember the pictures from Quality Cues and I had to resist.
Glad to see it is in the hands with someone on the forum.

Now just rack them up.

If I disclosed the price on this cue someone would surely take me away to the insane asylum. I still can't believe that I let TommyT rob me at gun point (actually from 4 states away) on this INCREDIBLE Showman. I played with the cue before I shipped it and can say without hesitation that it is among the best handful of cues I have ever played with, and that's more than 300 custom one of a kind cues ranging in price from $900.00 to $16,500.00. I can hardly wait to whip TommyT with this cue when we get together. Tommy, please do not expect to rob me again. Next time it's my turn to come out on top. Enjoy the cue!!!

Sweet cue,it looks like something a movie star would play with. Lots of class.poolrod.

How does she play?

I've been kicking around the idea of a Purple Heart nosed cue, and was wondering if it played any better/worse/different than the maple nosed with a piloted joint?

Congrats on the cue again!

Beautiful cue Tommy!!! I would love to see it in person. You been up to Classic West at all lately?

great cue.....

i've hit balls with that cue, and it was nice. i've also played with john's when i was in florida last. john's playing cue is the sister (different color scheme) of this cue and it plays awesome, except john's had 1/4" length ivory ferrules. nice firm hit not a rattle anywhere, it was nice. congrats on the cue it is definately a keeper, john makes one of the most beautiful but still extremely playable cues. jimmy

this cue is just awesome and congrats on your buying, regarding Mike from quality cues I can say only one thing:
Amazing person to deal with and he always prices his cues very well.

Keep up the good work Mike

Are you sure you don't mean 3/4" ferules? 1/4 would make them pretty short in length. Typo? :)
