Yeah. Can't take my eyes off of the stitching.
I was the one who commented on the overly large stitch holes on the earlier cases posted. The stitching was great but the size of the holes really distracted from the nice stitching. Now with that little detail worked out the stitching is magnificent.
Sometimes when a really elaborately tooled case is posted everybody is so busy looking at the tooling they don't see (or perhaps don't care about) the few wandering stitches, or a couple out of place odd stitches at the end of a row, or perhaps a few stitches that twisted funny. The first things I am looking at on these cases is the stitching, cut and finish of the edges of the leather, etc. To me that's the real leatherwork, the tooling is secondary decoration.
I'll say it again, the stitching on this case is magnificent.

Wow I didn't realize Rusty Melton commented on this case until you quoted! Coming from him that's a pretty big deal!
Yup, your point about the stitch hole stuck with the case maker and its one of the things he deliberately paid attention to on this case cos I told him I I'll be macro shooting a lot of pictures.
Anyway I do think he aced this case, and yes tooling aside the leather craft is what's amazing on this case. Thanks for your kind words.
