Come On....Even a Moron Can see Snowman Got Screwed
Snowman got hoodwinked...........plain 7 simple...............Seller was obligated to tell Snowman about the shaft being peeled, regardless of whether it's some local playing custom or not, as soon as Snowman inquired about the condition of the cue's shafts having any dents, dings or blemishes etc.........NUF SED ON THAT!
All this other arguing has become basically esoteric bullshit written more for the sake of the writers that in pursuit of a resolution...........There isn't any middle ground...............Snowman got screwed and it's absurd for others to tell him what he should go to settle a problem he did absolutely nothing to create. In fact, Snowman was actually trying to avoid any problems, like this very situation exemplifies, when he asked about the condition of the cue's shafts.
Everyone's concentrated focus needs to be on the seller not the buyer........let's remember it was the buyer who was mislead by the seller.......the buyer was the party that was deceived............the buyer is the only real victim..............and the buyer deserves justice.
So enough with any more rhettoric about why and how come this all happened. It's time for the seller to make this deal right at his sole expense and not involve Snowman monetarily in any way, i.e., he's innocent ............IMO.
