i am playing the one in older condion

Mystery cue
plays as close to a south west as anything i ever hit
i love mine
fancy woods,rings,barely played
2 shafts

take a chance,I think you will be pleaed
no guarantee but great american custom cue worth around $1000 but
really plays and looks good

your friends will think youare crazy
but when you get it

you will be thrilled

I agree! All the defenders of him will say its "old school"...Nope its ridiculous and lack of acquiring minimal technical aptitude!

This is why the masses have left AZ and do their cue dealings via facebook and other platforms.
 
Dean does it his way.........if you do not care for it, then don't read his threads.
Those that do and have taken him up on these deals are never disappointed.

If one was seriously interested, instead of just being curious like most, call him.
Dean enjoys discussing cues & you could learn everything about this pool cue.

Instead, some Azers prefer to just criticize or condemn when in fact it's the very
attitude they're exhibiting via their posts that contributes to the Az website losing
much of its appeal. It's easy to gripe about someone else, even when undeserved.

This is part of the attraction, it’s a gimmick....no pics and vague descriptions seems to work for him. To each his own, I’d never buy anything unseen but Dean has a cult following. GLWS :thumbup:

Except what it looks like. Suppose you don't like it? Re-boxing and re-shipping is a colossal pia. If people want to buy this way whatever. I think its insane. Dean is old-school no doubt but posting a pic(or link to one) is pretty much sop in today's market.

I disagree.

And trashing a sale in the for sale forum is against the rules...and more along the lines of why people leave AZB.

You can go to the slums, or you can stay on AZB, as you like.

What if you bought a cue from a respected dealer and after receiving the cue,
you decided it wasn’t what you expected and the dealer told you to return the
the cue for a refund. You’d be bragging what a great guy the dealer was despite
you’d incur return shipping cost. How is that any different than returning the cue
to Dean and paying the shipping. And gosh, unless you destroy the original box
that the cue came in, it takes 10 mins to package the cue securely for return shipping.

Sounds more like you just do not care for how Dean operates but really, isn’t that
more your problem and some other Azeris too. In the meantime, Dean regularly
posts cues for sale sight unseen and there’s a lot of happy new owners of those
very same cues. Plus Dean has the best reputation in the industry......Nud Ced.

ok fellas ,I sold 2 cues off this one post
wait and see how happy the buyers are

one thing about these little mystery cues is that I have fun
and so do the buyers
the only people that don't have fun are the complainers

The fact that they don't call me makes me happy

Why call me old school
does any body else sell this way
does anyone else sell with no pictures or descriptions

School is out ,its time to have fun guys

i am going to be 75 in less than a month
i have sold more cues than anyone on here without making a single enemy

why does this bother some of these guys?If I were them I would quit reading

when i got tired of simon cow on tv
i just threw the tv away

i didn't watch it so i could complain

I remember buying a deano Cue unseen long ago. I got to speak on the phone with Dean and the Cue I received was better than expected. I made 6 on the break that night in 9 ball league with the deano, and proceeded to miss the next shot and lost lol

That being said had I not run into a tight financial patch then and sold the Cue, id still have it today.

You can’t go wrong when you buy from him. Also the Facebook groups I’ve been a part of have been mostly miss. AZ is where I tend to do my best purchases/Sales

Dean is having fun, as are the people who are buying from him. I don't see any problem with that.
